It mostly provides relief from the crippling pain particularly in the lumbar region. Applying raw potato as a poultice will provide you instant relief in this condition.
  3. Treating backache through Garlic: The paste of garlic made from two or three cloves of garlic is also one of the most significant home remedy that helps you to get rid of backache. Oil made from garlic when rubbed on the back gives instant relief from backache. You can easily prepare this oil simply by boiling 10-12 cloves of garlic and then frying them in 60 milliliters of oil. You can either use your normal coconut or sesame oil as per your choice for the purpose of boiling. However, just see to it that you fry the cloves of the garlic until they turn brown. Once the oil cools down, apply it on the back and keep it undisturbed on your back for a minimum three hours and then take a bath with warm-water. Continue this procedure for a period of 15 days for better results.
  4. Using Chebulic Myroblan: For those who don’t know, Chebulic Myroblan is a fruit which you need to eat after your meals to get fast relief from backache. It is one of the best home remedies for backache. These were some of the home remedies which you can use to treat backache.
