  2. Try all kinds of alcohol and tobacco etc. If you can’t live without it, don’t take 4-5  hours before sleep.
  3. Go to bed in time daily. Don’t go to bed too early or too later than your planned time or go to sleep immediately when you are feeling sleepy and tired at night.
  4. Cool temperature and silent environment encourage a good sleep.
  5. Don’t overeat at night.
  6. Do not watch TV, work on the computer at night just before going to bed.
  7. Do not sleep during day time.
  8. Never worry about the lack of sleep. It will only make the situation worse.
  9. Never try hard to sleep.
