    The herbs you have mentioned in the article not easy to get I think but I can get Ashwagandha, Brahmi, and Shankhpushpi. Thanks for mentioning their ayurvedic names. As I would not get these herbs from their botanical name. And it gives the same solution to the people who start stammering at their mid age because of tension or pressure?.
